Application Process
The application process for 2010 fall enrollment has begun. Take a moment to review the step-by-step application process listed below. Following the outlined steps will expedite the application process to the Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy.
Please read each step carefully, as important deadlines are listed. Use the links to access certain necessary forms and websites. The application, as well as all submitted documents, becomes the property of the Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy.
Steps 1-5 may be completed in any order. Items associated with these steps must be received in order for your application to be considered complete.
STEP 1:

Complete the online application through PharmCAS. Please ensure that all questions are completed in full before clicking the "submit" button.
STEP 2:
Complete the online Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy Supplemental Application.

Supplemental Application fee of $50.00 is non-refundable. Payment may be made online with a debit or credit card number at the time of supplemental application submission. A check or money order made to the Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy may be mailed to the address below. Please print and include a copy of the supplemental application fee form if payment is made via mail. Applications are only considered complete when a supplemental application fee is received. STEP 3:
Official College/University Transcript
Official College/University Transcript
All applicants to the College of Pharmacy are required to submit an official transcript from each previously attended college. To be considered official, a transcript must be sent directly to PharmCAS by the issuing school. Please refer to the PharmCAS transcript request form for submitting official transcripts. STEP 4:
Pharmacy College Admissions Test (PCAT) Scores
Pharmacy College Admissions Test (PCAT) Scores
When registering for the PCAT test, please request that your scores be sent to PharmCAS. PharmCAS' code for the PCAT is 104. After the test date, you may request additional scores by visiting the www.pcatweb.info.
If Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy receives results from multiple test dates, then the highest composite score will be accepted.
STEP 5:
Letters of Recommendation
Letters of Recommendation
Three letters of recommendation are required per applicant, and must be submitted directly to PharmCAS.
- One composite/collective letter by your college pre-professional or pre-health committee is required. If your college or university does not have a pre-professional committee, then two academic letters of recommendation will be accepted as a substitution. These two letters should be submitted by faculty members and/or academic advisors who have instructed you in the classroom or assisted with your academic progress.
- One non-academic letter of recommendation is required from someone who has supervised you in a work or volunteer setting. It is preferred that one non-academic letter be completed by a pharmacist who has supervised you in a work or volunteer setting. If you do not have pharmacy experience, then this letter of recommendation may be completed by anyone who has recently supervised you in a work or volunteer setting.
- One letter of recommendation by someone not related to you who can provide a personal statement of your character and values.
STEP 6:
Admissions Interview
Admissions Interview
An on-site interview is required for admission to Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy. Interviews are conducted by invitation only. Each complete application will be evaluated for competitiveness. Competitive applicants will be invited for a scheduled interview when their application is complete.
